I'm very much pleased with the quality of work and the appearance of the lampshade. It looks great. 
Gives the warm glow I want. Over the next year I intend to ask you to fabricate shades for the other bridge lamps. 
I'm going to take a picture of a ceiling light fixture and send it on to you today. 
My house was built in 1901 and the attic was finished then never really touched other than paint. 
There are two matching fixtures up there that hang from the ceiling. There's a round cup like base attached to the 
ceiling then a chain then a socket with the UNO type shade holder. Do you do anything for something that hangs upside down? (Yes)
I'll send a picture of one of them later today. If I can get something you've done as a shade, 
I can move them down into the living space.

Sorry I did not contact you sooner.....
The lamp shade arrived late afternoon on Monday Aug 10th (09).
My first response was admiration for your work.
I must admit when I first saw it I was apprehensive about the color (silver). Just expected it to be lighter.
However, when we attached it to the bronze 1920s bridge floor lamp the color was absolutely perfect.
Looks like that is the way it was meant to be.
The whole thing has added a new dimension of elegance to the reading area in our bedroom.
With heartfelt gratitude for the efficient manner in which you handled my purchase....great communication,

with the rest of our decor. Do you build the entire shade, including
all the metalwork yourself? ( Yes, I do All the Metal Work...Handmade Spider, Hand cut Brasses, Hand flow the Lead seam...I don't use Any Machines to make any of my shades.)

I think I must be losing my mind. I came across your shades one day last
week, and briefly looked at them and thought they were fantastic. Then the
two next days I could not find hide nor hare of you anywhere - I literally
spent hours looking, my husband even opened up my temporary internet files
and I searched through any photo I could get, but you had disappeared! I
knew I had seen a neat mica shade for $85 and I tried every google search
and nada, nothing, nil!! So I gave up.

Anyway, I have never had a bridge lamp before, and we just moved and I have
the perfect spot for one. I have been searching for about a month and
finally found a base in my price range and I just happened to get it this
afternoon. It is great with a ship on the top. I can't believe that you have
a mica shade with a ship on it! It would be perfect for my lamp, except I
really like a couple of the others better. The one I fell in love with was
on some site, (of course, I don't know where I was, or I would have been
able to find you ) I believe the design I saw was the Deco Design 2, that is
shown on your past sales at ebay. (Did you have a bad ebay experience? I
haven't bought anything off of ebay for about 4 years.)
I also love Flower #2!!!

Hello from Lightworks!  I'm completely out of your lovely mica shades and would like to place an order.  When I was on ebay, I noticed you had two great new designs for hex bridge lamp shades:  Uno Hex Deco Design 1 and 2.  I really like those.  Could you give me a price for bridge shades in those designs?  I also need some plain dark amber hex design bridge shades and maybe one in a natural amber and one in silver mica.  I'm thinking I'll get 1 Navajo Design, as well.  I also need a table lamp shade for a small deco table lamp with 2 sockets at the top.  I'll need something that is wide enough to accommodate the spread of those two sockets.  I'm thinking something in an oval or perhaps a rectangle.  Do you have any suggestions and prices?  Once I hear from you, I'll write out a more complete order.  Looks like things are going really well for you.  I'm so glad.

The people I work for are famous,  not me.
I have worked hard to perfect my wood working skills and the way I hear things.
Same with you, While the hexagon shades are very nice.  The thing that impresses me about your shades, you took it one step further and bent the sides. The shades with bent sides are really nice because they are unique. One saying I have always liked is " you have to know the rules before you break the rules" meaning learn the basics the add you own touch to it. You have a gift of being able to make beautiful shades, your work as well as mine will out live us both and somebody will always enjoy them. You are very talented and I am lucky to have your shades.
